Day 24 and that's a rap!!!!!!!

Hi All. Well today is day 24 and I said when this jar of maple syrup was gone it would be my last. I'm tempted to continue on because the last few days have been so easy, but will end my journey tommorow as planned. I have a wedding to go to in two weeks and would like to be back to normal eating patterns so my body will be better adjusted. Because god knows, there may be a little alcohol involved as well. I'd like to be able to have a drink or two without falling over. Well all and all the journey has been relatively easy and I will definately do it at least once a year. I feel great,energized,and more comfortable in my body. The 17 lbs I've lost isn't a bad bonus package either. Next I will be doing a candida cleanse, I know, wrong order, but that's just the way it goes. I've recently had my mercury Amalgams removed so I am confident it will be easier to resolve the candida problem as I do my chelation. I've really enjoyed this board and glad to see so many others taking their health into their own hands. Congrats to you all!! And congrats to me too. Take care all.
