Here is another chart of my very healthy blood pressure 24 hours averages, for 2009 thru 2011. It certainly looks more stable than the charts of when my blood pressure was unhealthy. During the "unhealthy" years, the blood pressure moved up and down in waves as a result of the time that I would take blood pressure medication.
The scale at the bottom of the chart runs from 1 (1am) thru 24 (12am), or 24 hours during the day and night.
