I use 95 proof Everclear, sure 80 proof would be fine. Alcohol is water, Sugar water. As we have discovered the entire body uses iodine, a tincture will distribute thoroughly reaching cell receptors that have been starving for their share of the purple light. Perhaps the DEA will rate it a 3rd class narc for breaking the brain barrier, something alcohol is very very good at.
