This gentleman does not understand what Nascent Iodine is. He says it is I3- but that is not true. He may have even used something someone told him was nascent Iodine but did not do the investigation to find out if it was Iodine in the nascent state or it was just something someone want to call nascent to enhance their sales hoping it could pass as nascent iodine.
