as I have for the last 8 years along with olive oil,longivity apice,oregano oil,pwe part b,iodine,

air freshen at night,

I do think about food now and then but mind over matter is stronger. This is my fifth fast and second fast this year so each time gets easier.

Today I decided to take the sputnik
NOW I AM JEALOUS----

and settle in for the weekend and continue through next week.Then I willbreak the fast just to be sociable for christmas. I have done a sauna every night then apply aloe vera all over the body and can say my skin is as smooth as a baby's skin.
GREAT SKIN IS PROOF THAT INTERNALLY THE PERSON IS DOING WELL...

I do have two age spots on my back that I want to disapear so will keep working at it, any suggestions?
