I've been chewing a can every day or two for 25 years, and don't spit. Perhaps my addiction is fueled by parasites, though I get addicted to everything I sample.
I'm pretty sure the chew is bad on my Morgellons symptoms, which I relate to a parasites on some level that is still unclear.
