Long strong slime/something came out about a foot long... What in the world is this???????????

Hello gracious help!
Please help me figure out what in the world this is... I've been having quite a bit of this. It seems like an organism because of how I can pick it up and strong the slime type body is. I've had smaller ones but this is by far the thickest longest. It has folds in it. I have been on a cleanse for about a month now because a blood test pointed to parasites and boy was it correct (this is not the first type of thing to come out of me during this time).
But it's scary...

HELP! What in the world is this and how do I get rid of it... I am doing a cleanse with herbs, fiber, probiotics, pascalite clay, bromelain, biotin and soon diatomaceous earth...
