Ozone therapies...Ear insufflations/rectal insufflations.

So i purchased an ozone machine from promo life...Im trying to figure out this bad boy...I went to a friends house...he set me up with a quick 5 minute ear insufflation...my nose started to itch...he said that was my para sympathetic nervous system kicking in... GREAT NEWS! okok perfect...I go ahead i use mine...flow rate set at 1/8th and around 46 mcg/ml...did it for 15 min just now...NOTHING, felt no difference whats so ever...Im trying to figure out what in the heck is going on! This is so damn frustrating...Now with the rectal insufflations...I did it at 1/8th flow rate at 56 mcg/ml...i could let it flow for 12 minutes...and still keep going...no bloating or full feeling...I did realize i was a bit bloated...but nothing out of the ordinary...i could feel some gas in there...but nothing close to what people feel or complain about...not being able to hold it etc etc. On top of that...no detox reactions...no symptoms...dont notice a difference...now given the repuation of ozone...i do expect some high an mighty results...Any reasons why this just isnt working for me...I feel the whole ear insufflation experience was weird...cause the symptoms i got from my friends ozone and mine...are 2 different things.
