I have the same problem went to the doctor and he said it was in my head but too many people have this problem to say it isn't real. I have my problem under control. It's a food problem. My enemy is dairy. You first need to figure out what food is causing the problem. Actually it's easy. I started out by just eating baked chicken it took 7 days before my problem cleared so i knew chicken was my friend than i added corn ate chicken and corn for 7 days no problem (drank water an nothing else) I added milk because i got tired of drinking water. Low and behold 3 days later the smell came back. After stopping milk intake the smell went away. This took 5 days of no milk. So I just cut dairy from my diet. You just have to figure out what triggers your body to smell. Just this past Thanksgiving I was offered a piece of pumpkin pie that had whipped cream on it I scraped off the whipped cream thinking I was safe. Wrong most of the posts that I have read usually end up being a dairy or wheat problem so try eliminating these foods first.
GOOD LUCK
