After a few days Water Fasting I actually feel better. Have started re-feeding with small amounts of vegetarian food, will spend some time on a low-calorie diet now.

Please feel free to tell your thoughts, I am interested in opinions of people who have done fasting or think about it.
My doctor suggests that fasting for a week during each month may considerably increase life span. I am not sure if I'll be able to do that at the same time with work and daily routine, although I hope to fast for 2-3 days from time to time.
Is fasting a good anti-aging method? Does anybody have other suggestions about anti-aging activities?
