Somer, that's an interesting concept of eating fruit for 30 days before and after the fast.

I'm on day one of my Master-Cleanse and one of my goals is weight loss, but not for the aesthetic of it. I've got a large ovarian cyst that - while so many positive things happened - the cyst actually grew significantly over the 29 days. From 1.8L to 3.2L (almost a gallon). I believe that this is because there is a lot of stored estrogen in my fat, so, with the 27 pounds of fat loss came a deluge of stored estrogen.

My liver released over 100 stones during the fast, so I know that the growth of this cyst had to do with liver congestion, but the it wasn't yet in a condition to deal with the old estrogen flooding my system, especially during the first 10 days when the weightloss was the heaviest.

So my goal is to get rid of my excess weight, while cleansing my body, particularly my liver, so that I can be rid of those years of stored estrogen once and for all. Then I will continue with chinese bitters to fortify my liver further and help rid my body of this big cyst! What a long process it will be, but it will be worth it.

I know that another long fast and rapid weight loss will potentially risk growing the cyst further, but it's worth it in the short term, if it means dumping a lot of old hormones and other toxins. The last fast did so many other great things that this would be the only inconvenience. And my liver should be more capable of dealing with the deluge this time, since it's less congested now.

So can you tell me what kind of weight loss you experienced while eating fruit?
