Re: Feeling flu like achey... Not the flu though

Thank you Faith! I haven't changed a thing with diet or sups. Actually, that's not true. I did add some yellow tomatoes to my salad. I guess I might try to cut that out again.

I think it's probably just my adrenals. I have been limited on activity for some time by other things and now that those things are improving, the adrenal issue is now resurfacing. That's my guess at least. I've probably just been overdoing it. I need more adrenal support, but I am leery of adding much because of what happened with my severe potassium loss. I'd really like to understand why I'm so sensitive to adrenal glandulars in that way.

I'm taking a very small dose of adrenal cortex extract. (3 drops = 40 mcg). As far as I know, it is unheard of for a person to waste potassium at the rate that I am from such a small quantity of ACE. I have the same response to taking very small amounts of other adrenal hormones, like pregnelolone. I think it might be caused by a glandular imbalance, possibly low pituitary/ hypothalamus (low vasopressin) but I haven't been able to confirm this concept. But having a solid answer to this would be a god send to me. Any ideas folks?
