Okay, so it's been a good long while since I've been able to be active enough to push my limits (because of the situation with my hands and neck). My hands are just now starting to function more normally and my neck is starting to feel better, so I've been able to do more. It seems that I must do theraband exercises in order for my hands to function. I seem to have thoracic outlet syndrome.
Okay, so lately for the past few weeks, on and off, I've been feeling flu like, but I don't think it's the flu. I'm just wondering if you guys could help me make a list of all of the possibilities.
1. Low adrenal function
2. Low thyroid
3. Low iron
4. Sensitivity to something I'm doing
What else? For the most part, I'm not really having any other symptoms that might give some clues. Just achey/flu like on and off.
At first it was only happening on the days that I go to Palmer college to get neck traction. I am out of the house a bit longer than usual on those days. I thought maybe it was from being too cold while there, but I bundled up and I still had it. Then I thought it might be a sensitivity to the cold laser therapy, but now it's happening on non Palmer days. I just got all dressed up to go to an art opening that I'm in today and decided not to go at the last minute because I'm feeling achey again. Could I be sensitive to my makeup?
So... Do you guys have any ideas besides what I've listed? Thank you for your help!
