So this is what cured me of candida the FIRST time... I cut off all refined Sugar and processed food and went "nuts" on broccoli, lightly cooked/ steamy vegetables, a little bit of chicken, and moderate amount of coconut oil. At the same time, I also drank Danedelion tea( this one REALLY cleanses your liver). I also ate some strawberries, blueberries, blackberries. But what healed me was coconut oil, just moderate amounts to kill bacteria in the blood stream and intestines. I cut out ALL pork, shellfish,lobster and crab. The only fish I ate was some salmon and mackerel. I did all of these things and my skin rashes cleared up COMPLETELY, my intestines were healed. However, I wasn't on probiotics long enough for the flora in intestines to be "rebalanced" . I went to quick on my old diet ( I know, BAD mistake) and I started getting skin rashes back.. so back on the cleansing diet.
