Benzo Hell - My situation. Please Advise, ASAP.

Hey, so here is my situation... not sure what to do..

On August 30th, I made a 10% cut down to 7.8 mg of Valium.... after three days, I thought to myself, whoaa... this is way too much of a cut, then went up 5% on Sept. 2nd. After things just feeling worse and worse with severe mood swings, anxiety, exhaustion, memory issues, etc... the benzo symptoms :/, I went up to 9mg on September 6th. Now comes a month later... Oct 8th... Between the 6th of September and Oct 8th, I felt worse after I took my dose everytime, and sedated to the point of making me go to sleep... things go worse and then I decided to just go up to 10mg on the 8th... Um, I'm sitting here on the 23rd in complete and utter benzo hell... after having updosed... the original cut that I made was NOWHERE near this bad... This is just plain hell... now I know why people give up on this.

Anyways, given that I've been on 10mg since the 8th of October, over 2 weeks, should I just stay here... or is the worsening of my symptoms every dose telling me to go back down?

Either way, jacking around due to impatience is going to screw me over if I don't stick to something eventually, I just would like advise regarding whether this is a kindling thing or what... I don't know what to make of it... either way... any advice Uny would be great. Tweet
