Thank you for the responses. As for neem, is there a maximum? Or any kind of "strong" recommended dosage for dry capsules. I have upped the two to four daily so a total of 1,920 mg? I'm a male, and not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but knowing that neem can act as a contraceptive is a little worrying.

So there is no real dangerous dosage of any of these herbs? I read Wormwood should be dosed somewhat carefully. I am trying to focus on attacking with actual foods. I eat garlic and pumpkin seeds daily. I will start on some pineapple. I don't trust papaya because its something like 90% GMO.
