The recommendations are usually too low.

Since You don't have that much money, why don't you start taking food things that can help you?
Garlic, pumpkin seed, pineapple, papaya seeds.

With raw garlic and pineapple alone I could get big Ascaris out.
It has to be a lot though. And for a long enough time.

Enemas are good. You have to cleanse out the colon. But you can also use castor oil.
