But that does not mean we don't war against the sinful flesh just as we war against the devil. Paul said there was nothing good that dwelled in his flesh. (Romans 7:18) And that the spirit and the flesh were at war!
Galations 5:17
For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.

I get the rest of what you are saying, that you are better than any other christian that in the midst of the struggle against sin, finds themselves past that one second mark. I got that point a long time ago.

Be careful though, and don't forget Proverbs 16:18. :)
