Diet advice needed *Acidic PH, extremely low Gut Flora*

Hello all,

Attached are my test results for a faeces and urine test.
I have been having autoimmune related problems for over 23 years (since I was a baby really).
My main health problems have shifted trough the years but lately they are the following:
- Prostatitis, pelvic pains.
- Chronic Conjuctivitis, chronic inflammation of the eye.
- Chronic Fatigue, speaks for itself
- Rheumatoid Arthritis issues, mostly tendonitis which is inflammation of the tendons.

As you can see in my test results I have extremely low (-0.01 % of normal) Aerobic and An-aerobic bacteria in my gut. Also my PH Value is very acidic (5.7).

I have been following a paleo type diet which mainly consisted of fish and vegetables. Since most fish is highly contaminated I switched to eating more grass fed beef meat along with more chicken etc.

Questions:
- What should (or could ?) I do to increase my enormous lack of bacteria ?
- Should I mainly focus on my gut flora problems and let the other problems (prostatitis which requires a low oxalate diet) just be for now ? I say this because the diets contradict each other.
- Any other advice ANY of you can give me is HIGHLY appreciated!

I actually gave up on my health a while ago, seeing as I only grew worse no matter which diet or therapy I did. Having these simple test results gave me a bit of hope again. In advance I thank you all from the bottom of my hearth. Sincerely,
