I had a bridge removed by dentist last week and one of the teeth holding the bridge had an abcess. It could have been there for years maybe, hard to tell. I have no problem to eat because I have a vitamix. Had some lentil soup with lots of veggies and indian spices with coconut milk today that tasted really good.
Main issue is to deal with the infection. I refused the antibio therapy and just squirted more drops of Iodine either on skin where face had swollen up to eye and ear or added to drinks not really counting as I was getting more desperate. I
read from the archives that Lugol's mixed in yogourt was good for skin issues. ABSOLUTELY, tried and true!
So I might switch from oregano oil to Lugol's (I use 5 or 6%, can't really know since I made it myself and maybe added bit too much water). Thank you for posting this Corey, I am wearing two gauze patches with Iodine on infected teeth. Will let you know how it goes.
