Folliculitis Decalvans?

Hi, Im new to this site.I had a biopsy last year because of pretty bad scaling of the scalp and was told it was LPP a form of scarring alopecia. (Im female by the way, 39) and now I am noticing other stuff going on. I have seen a few pus like spots on my scalp and also have skin like ring surrounding my hair follicles. There are a bunch (3-7?) hair and then the ring is at the bottom. I am wondering what this is now. Please help! Cant take this crap anymore!

I have a great microscope camera if anyone wants to see picture.
P.S I am also wondering where these hairs spaces before this and they grouped together? Because my scalp looks thinner when I check w/ my camera but maybe thats because they are grouping together? Tweet
