I travel to Panama several times a year and act as a guide/translator for friends visiting panama. I am planning on visiting again soon and can offer my services for dental/plastic surgery procedures. I have two dentists i have used who provide dental work for a fraction of what it would cost here in the U.S. Also have friends (2) who had cosmetic procedures done and are satisfied with the results.
