Why can't doctors figure out what causes this stupid egg odor and stomach bloating?

Are they just not trying? How come the doctors I've talked to have never heard of this stupid egg odor before? All these people on this site complaining of the same thing and I can't get a good explanation. It's not just an egg odor for me. It's bloating, stomach pressure, and constant dizziness, stomach rumbling, urinary symptoms. Driving me nuts. How do you get your doctors to start looking for solutions instead of having to do the research all yourself? I do it myself and they don't like my answers so then why don't they try coming up with something? Tweet
