Re: veterinary pyrantel

FWIW, not trying to be discouraging, just sharing my experience...I took over-the-counter pyrantel pamoate (Pin-X) in liquid form several times throughout the year and it never had any effect. Mebendazole is the only other thing I have tried, and it works, but only on adults. So 3 months since my last dose, sadly my symptoms have returned. Trying to get albendazole and praziquantel.
