Dude. Perhaps the best thing to do is start on a simple diet of lamb with lamb soup(cooked in spring water/not chlorinated) and see how you react. Next add salt. Next try chicken soup. Next add a cauliflower etc and see if anything triggers a symptom off. This may give you an indication about specific foods.

Also best to address those deficiencies.
