Re: Stressed look/Crying?
Personally, i would just have a standard hormone saliva panel done first to assertain your levels.
You can have a gene test done for 99 bucks at 23andme.com but that requires a LOT of research time to understand your results as it's not done automatically for you - certainly when it comes to hormone synthesis enzyme defects.
My point in the previous post was that it is possible for a man to be deficient in estrogen just as it is possible for the same in a woman. It's just not that common, estrogen dominance is more common in both sexes due to an increase in estrogenic substances now used.
Canaryclub.org offers saliva hormone panels, they are tailored for men and women. They were the cheapest i could find online and they use ZRT labs who have a good reputation.
They offer a comprehensive panel of adrenal/thyroid and sex hormones all in one:

So if adrenal hormones are low aswell as adrenal producing sex hormones then adrenal problems are evident, due to either damage to adrenals or pituitary not sending hormone messages to the adrenals to make the hormones they should be.
IMO to rule out hormone imbalances is a good step to take as the symptoms of imbalance are so far reaching you can easily be mistaking them for other conditions and/or just treating the symptoms with pills and supps, while the root cause is overlooked.
