I have adreanal fatigue and I have wondered the same thing. I am never hungry but I can drink just fine. I have been taking spirulina tablets to compensate the nutrients, drinking v8 and also taking damo in the v8. I am feeling better then before and am thinking that I may actually lose some freakin weight this way. Fingers crossed for me and good luck to you. P.s., I could have been the one to write what you did. Our stories are identical!
