Albenza kills Ascaris after a single 400mg dose (citation: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7939948).
If you are not improving, it may not be Ascaris. I sincerely recommend seeking medical help; try to get an ELISA blood test to confirm your self-diagnosis.
