Re: Seven Days of Colonic Irrigation and still nothing!
Hi :)
Juicing may have caused constipation or the absence of feces indeed (not quite sure what's your problem).
First, I'd like to say that unless you eat very little, one bowel movement every two days sounds like constipation to me. Normally, a person should expect one to two bowel movement(s) a day.
Now concerning juicing. It is good, but don't forget you just get vitamins and minerals, and no fibers at all. To get the fibers you'd need to blend rather than juice.
We need fibers to have daily bowel movements.
Broth and juices go straight through the walls of your gastro intestinal tract into your blood steam.
It seems to me that, logically, that No fiber = No feces. It is as if you were drinking enriched water. You wouldn't expect to poo after drinking water would you ?
If your issue is constipation then I would infer that a diet of refined food + some
juicing doesn't contain enough fibers and can only lead to constipation.
Here is an informative video

Those are just hypothesis but that maybe explain why you are sort of constipated or why you don't have any stool in your bowels ?
Cheers :)
