I hate to tell you this now. But you can supplement glutathione orally. The problem is you have to avoid most glutathione supplements because they are not absorbed. If you buy Acetyl Glutathione it will protect the glutathione molecule from damage and significantly increase absorption. You can also supplement precursors like N acetylcysteine to promote glutathione levels. I don't know if links are welcome here but check out the site glutathionepro(dot)com and it features one of the best GSH supplements I have ever seen.
