Hello :)
I am an active user of Glutathione.
The brand I use is Jarrow gluthathione reduced 500. I take one to two caps a day.
It is effective as both my mother skin and mine whitened a lot(which shows its anti oxidant properties are at work.)
I also use another brand, a sublingual type of glutha. Unfortunately, I ran out of the product and can't remember the brand, when I do, I'll tell you.
I have been using those two brands for 2 years and never had any issues with them. No side effects whatsoever (unlike some herbal supplements I have been using lately and which I believe are causing me some major die off symptoms, huh ! Hence my presence on this forum :/ ).
Ask a naturopath if there are other ways for you to absorb glutathione other than intravenously or orally.
I know that eating cold processed whey protein (from a vegetal source works as well) increases your glutathione production levels a great deal thanks to all the amino acids present in whey protein. But the best whey has to be cold processed.
Good luck to you !
