Re: Neurotransmitter/Cortisol Test Results...input please
Its pretty standard to be low in neurotransmitters when chronically sick, for both through physical and mental reasons. So this would be expected tbh and not something to directly be worried about so to speak. They will all lift as you become healthy..
Those supplements are pretty standard also, its what most nutritionists will 'prescribe', ive never heard of the latter ones. (Does your nuitritionist sell those ones by any chance? ). There are different schools of thought on this, and depending at what stage you are in AF, chronic late stage Af people couldnt tolerate those, and it would probably make them worse, it definitely did me. But early stage, they would probably be a good thing. As mentioned before, Vit C is the hero, but i am very suprised B12 instead of pantethine (b6), that goes against all the 'pioneers' of AF advice, but there are no definitive answers, so its whatever works for you, and if you trust this person to be putting synthetic things inside your body, then work with it and hopefully youll be on the up!
But see how you get on, as you said, adding one, seeing reactions over a few days, its all about learning and watching your body.
