Re: low stomach acid cause?

I never took them up until I started having burning in my stomach which I now know was when my stomach acid levels were becoming insufficient.

Milk is meant to be harmful to the stomach. I drank lots of that when I was younger.

An unfortunate choice of food could also contribute - A sequence of wrong choices for our bodies.

It would be nice to know "Oh it was this thing that I did that caused it!" At least that would mean it could be avoided in future. However I doubt that it will ever be known for sure.

All you can do is do the best you can with what you have available.
