I also purchased a water machine this spring, AKAI, it has helped me. I do notice that when I drink "normal tap water" I am not as hydrated. Another plus side with this machine, the "strong" water is what I use to clean produce. So glad I found this, on Craigslist. Paid a fraction of the whole cost and am very glad I found it. Start looking for one for yourself, you will be glad you did.
