oops, this loaded and I was not finished....I take MSM (ULTRA ~ 99.9% pure) 1/4 tsp Am and PM. 2#, not costly. Be sure to take 1000mg of Vit C with MSM, they work very together. I chew the Vit C and swallow with MSM water.

Parasites? I dont know what kind I have. I feel I have many. I have passed dead worms this spring (looked like a leach) flat, thick and 3" long, that was when I fasted and only took in the Wormwood , Black-Walnut , clove capsules. Did coffee enemas and flushed them out. I started to catch things in a metal piece of screen, that is how I found them. I think I passed maybe 3/4. Now, passed 2 worms, 2 different kinds so far. I have no idea what they are but I was by animals when I was young, drank river water due to not swimming well, walked barefoot all the time, worked in my garden w/o gloves, had dog/cat, etc....I am sure I have a tape worm, maybe even when I was yooung, I could eat and eat and not gain an ounce. I have seen them in passing.
I also take Diatemouse Earth, food grade, 1 T, I dont do this often enough. I have to write things on a schedule. I am so busy researching I loose tradk of time, could be the bugs messing with my thoughts too.
Ivermectin: I am thinking outside the box. Since I am afraid to ingest, I am placing a small amount in anus at nite. I think this is really helping as I stated, there is a clump passed in the am for the last 3 days. I am also thinking of adding this to an enema, just a small amount. It should help. Still tossing that one around. I like the coffee enema as they really help.
I am now going on the ParaCleanse product. I am going to see if this will kick start the killing process.
I was stressed in my sleep last nite so things are working. They are moving a bit. I tried the herbs but am going to hit them hard with the RX.

I have had terrible constipation issues all my life and am glad I am getting regular. I am going to keep up with the Mag Citrate due to its success. Dr.s say not to take it for too long but from what I have learned, do they really know? The only important thing listen to your body.
My hands have become really dry the last 2 days. Not sure why this is. Using Vit E oil at nite.
