Question about low sodium and potassium

I am confused about what it means when you have a low sodium/potassium ratio on a hair analysis?

I have adrenal issues and I find when I have potassium sometimes, my sy,ptoms improve a lot. I did a saliva test and my cortisol was fine and everything I have tried indicates that my aldosterone is off. I have ordered florinef so will see if this helps.

In the 5th post down the poster says that sodium regulates potassium and that if one is low then the other will be low.. Is this true? Will raising sodium/aldosterone levels also raise potassium?

Why would potassium levels be low if cortisol levels are fine? I am so confused and in desperate need for help. Thank you!
