I've had experience with low sodium and low potassium and I can probably help guide you if you can explain what is happening to you.
And no, usually if sodium is low in your blood, then potassium is high and vice verse. Not sure about two lows on a hair analysis though. But honestly I prefer urine analysis for testing mineral loss and requirements.
Increasing aldosterone will increase sodium retention and reduce potassium retention.
