Yeah I guess its how Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome is diagnosed such variations all over the world,...back then i was diagnosed with CFS, now I am more sick than I ever was then, but the Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome specialists dont think I have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome anymore because my symptoms are to haywire.

It seems the term means exhaustion only in the UK, i personally think the late stages of AF are steps further than CFS, past the point of exhaustion to complete and utter break down of the HPA axis
