i hear you on that! lately i try to eat like a whole grain bowl, like a rice bowl when you go out to eat somewhere but i'll use different grains like quinoa (technically it's a seed!), millet (like if i'm making a taco, fajita bowl), sorghum and put vegtables and little meat, i needed to lower my intake of meat. but once you know the few things you need to avoid, there's so much more that you can eat!
