sounds like you are on the right track...doing what you can...i think anyone that does any of this stuff we chat about is better than 95% of the dummies of the world...liver flushing, parasite killin, orange juice fasting, fruit eating, mercury removal etc...

its only going to help us get back to our original design...keep it up!!! im glad i found MH so young...i feel like i have a chance to live 125 yrs...i tell my wife that anyways

i love this site...one day when im feeling extra charitable, im going to donate $1000 or so...just because of what i have learned and saved by using the site...i might even throw $108 at MH, since i need to read BOOK II and III...

i might do that around holiday time...since i plan on doing a one day water fast and 3 day oj fast...i could squeeze in BOOK II during that time, while others are getting fat and 'stoned'

i had a friend or two from the philippines in college...maybe one day i can travel there
