Re: Lugol's iodine,huge mistake to take internally

Most people, most "normal" people on this planet never knew the Lugol's formula, until clark published it in her books----the ingredients are not easily obtained, you need to be friends with a pharmasist, otherwise nearly impossible to buy.


Sadly we knew a pharmasist and i was able to make it, because after all, Dr. Clark was the "best", if you believed her books and i wanted to try it ALL.....and i did, i tried most of her suggested ideas, from the 21 day mop up, to the more bazzar listed in her aids book and some of the stuff knocked me down, couldn't get out of bed and missed work-----never knowing it that was good or not so good of a thing....I wasted allot of time and $$$$ with the clark books, her and her clan----much of her info was great and more of it was cancer causing---just another one of those bad authors that learned how to make $$$$$$$$$$ by lieing......using that money making word- "CURE".
