i took half a bottle over a few months maybe...i was not as smart then...BUT i did a 21 day OJ fast...so hopefully that released many of the metals in my body from earlier bad moves...i now eat the purest diet possible probably...hopefully it will all help correct bad poisons of the past.
EDUCATE yourself!!! eat natural from nature ONLY!!!! it has all we need
