Dr. Lam proves my theory that AF is really under-eating

I've been talking a lot about how I now agree with the mainstream medical community that "adrenal fatigue" is not a real condition. The tipping point for me was noticing that most people who were diagnosed with AF by some kind of alternative doctor had high cortisol levels. What I think so-called "AF" really is are the symptoms of malnutrition due to under-eating/starvation.

My theory is further proven by what the king of the AF supplement salesman, Dr. Lam, says about who's much more likely to get AF:

Myth #12: Adrenal Fatigue occurs mainly in men.
"The vast majority of Adrenal Fatigue cases occur in women."

http://www.drlam.com/articles/adrenal_fatigue_myths.asp

"Women are more prone to get Adrenal Fatigue than men."
http://www.adrenal-fatigue-treatment.com/irvine/ca/92604/dr-lam-adrenal-fatig...

This is further proof because everyone knows that women are way more likely to under-eat than men:

"Women are more likely than men to have eating disorders."
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/eatingdisorders.html

"Women are ten times more likely than men to have eating disorders."
http://www.rd.com/health/conditions/how-to-handle-adult-eating-disorders/

"Women are much more likely than men to develop an eating disorder. Only an estimated 5 to 15 percent of people with anorexia or bulimia are male."
http://www.anad.org/get-information/about-eating-disorders/eating-disorders-s...

When you see people talk about AF, that is code for symptoms from under-eating.
