Last night I went to the most advanced 90-minute class at the local yoga studio and I did very well. I realized how far I have come since my body was incredibly weak, inflammed and in pain 2 years ago.
The training I have done at the yoga studio the spring has been taking my body to a much, much higher level of exertion and stress-tolerance ability. It has been a major pillar in my "path to recovery."
The thyroid support was absolutely crucial for me being able to handle the more advanced yoga. The more advanced yoga makes me sweat profusely and kicks my libido into high gear the next day.
I highly recommend taking up a regular yoga practice to all AFS sufferers! I consider it just as helpful as taking supplements to a successful recovery.
