Extremely small black parasite crawls out the arm

Saw my infected L yme relative at a gathering today. Very sick, still. Is on IV AB for the past 4-5 months. Also takes oil of oregano at same time as IV. What was puzzling was that tiny black parasites come out the arm. Any idea what they might be? Guess they are trying to escape unfavorable conditions. They turn to mush when trying to save a specimen.
