I would check out symptoms of low ferritin and get a test. However, mho don't count too much on the blood tests. A doc I once had who practiced for decades, now retired, said he watched the "average", or "normal", levels for blood tests change over the years. What was normal/average decades ago was truly normal. Now, with depleted soils & so many toxins, he said average is no longer normal.
That is one reason, I believe, that we can get blood tests that tell us we are just fine, and yet feel awful. Go by your symptoms. That doctor said symptoms used to be what doctors looked at. Take some Argentine or New Zealand beef powder and see what happens if you have any indication of low ferritin. Take as much as helps your symptoms to go away. Mho.
