Need advice on an anti parasite diet

I think I may have parasites and got them at a young age. I've had problems with bloating and bad skin most of my life. I had Depression early on in life and I feel that made things progressively worse over time.

I'm in my 20s and exercise regularly. My diet consists of mostly home cooked meals yet I still have a distended stomach, horrible skin and suffer from chronic constipation. I also have both keratosis pilaris and folliculitis.

I know of a few herbs and will try them on occasion to see how they work. Right now I'm just looking for tips to start a diet that'll help weaken the parasites. I do have some questions as well and hope you guys will be able to help me out or point me to a site with more info.

>> As far as garlic goes, is it better to eat it in bigger chunks (like a pill) so that its digestion will be extended? or is it better to just grind/chew it so that its more easy and faster to digest?

>> I've read somewhere about how tea isn't helpful when dealing with parasites. I drink yogi's "lemon ginger" and "detox" tea daily and wanted to know if that could be making it worse?

>> Is it better to take a straight shot of ACV or is it just as effective if I mix it with my tea?

>> What are some meals that are or can be made with a heavy amount of natural anti-parasitic ingredients? Id rather cook with cayenne and garlic on a regular basis than rely on supplement after supplement.

>> Should I be careful about how much natural Sea Salt I use when cooking?

>> What are some ingredients I can add to everyday meals to make them anti-parasitic?

>> Dry red wines.. yay or nay?

* I used to take LBB which helped immensely with my constipation but not with my bloating. Sadly I had to stop because of my new job and the demanding 13hr shifts :(
