Your juice sounds good but you definitely want to add more fiber into your diet by eating the low Sugar fruits I mentioned. It will improve your bowel movements too. Try making a smoothie instead of a juice. The thing about juicing compared to smoothies is that you're not getting the fiber as all the fiber in an apple for example is in the bulk of it.
Remember not to juice fruits on a regular basis though as it will spike your blood Sugar but seeing as your blood Sugar is low at the moment maybe a homemade fruit juice will bring it up to a normal level. You can then cut down on fruit juices after.
