I'd say no to absolutely anything pre packed and saying all natural. That is just me. I'm sure if you looked closer at the ingredients you might see things that aren't even foods.
Forget the white potatoes. Better foods to pick from
I would take a look at the Paleo diet. It has become huge recently because of all the crossfit people but actually a lot of people have been eating this way for a long time. Certainly before it had all the recent attention. Take a look and I'd suggest trying it. I think it would make a big difference with your skin. If eating this way works please come back and let me know. It can't hurt since what you're doing now isn't working to your satisfaction. I really think you'd feel better and your skin would improve.
