Re: Please help
Hello HJC,
That's a great diet and not at all what I was expecting to hear from you. The changes you've made to eat healthier and understand what goes in your body will definitely help you solve this.
Able's comments regarding your reaction to Colostrum is dead on.
I think it is a great food and use it myself. I use frozen fresh colostrum if that makes sense. I buy it fresh and freeze it. I think it is an effective tool without a doubt.
But in your case I wouldn't use it, at least not for now.
You knew this was coming....eliminate all grains. No exceptions. I know you did this before and no impact but I would say to give your body a fair chance would mean elimination for at least a year.
Absolutely no soy.
Try working more garlic, onions, sauerkraut and kimchi into your diet.
Cut back on all the juice you're drinking.
So many things can feed that bad bacteria and you need to eliminate them all. You might lose more weight but you'll recover once the problem is fixed.
Take a closer look at any prepared/packaged foods you are buying. Surprising what they put in those things.
No dairy or grains for now. Including rice.
Hope that helps and have a nice day,
Kolt
